COVID-19 Update to Service

To our Claws N Paws Family:

** Starting on 3/19/20

During this COVID-19 pandemic and the government’s call for social distancing, we at Claws N Paws Animal Hospital will be implementing new protocols for the protection of our clients and staff members. The following protocols are being put into place as an attempt to limit the spread of the virus so that we can provide care for your pets. We appreciate your patience while our staff adapts to the new protocols and day to day workflow.

  • Clients with a scheduled appointment who are showing signs of illness that could be associated with COVID-19 should remain at home and reschedule their appointments. If you are ill and your pet requires emergency care, we ask that you have another individual bring your pet in for care.
  • Clients must remain in their cars upon arrival for their pet’s appointment and ask that clients call us when they arrive to let us know they are here and to describe the make and model of their car. Our lobby will be limited to emergencies only to limit social gathering and/or physical contact.
  • We ask that all clients keep their phones on them as we will call from the office to speak with them about their pet’s appointments and for us to go over treatment plans and costs. Please make sure we have the best phone number to reach you on file.
  • Our staff will come to your car to get your pet for their appointment and will bring them back to your car once their appointment is finished and services have been paid for.
  • We will not be accepting walk-ins, please call ahead for appointments as this new protocol will take longer than our normal appointment times.
